Before working with Sara, I was doing EMS training but couldn’t see consistent results. Since I made the switch to weightlifting and strength training with her, everything changed.

From April to July 2024, I lost around 10 kg through a focused fat-loss phase. Then, starting July, we shifted towards building muscle and improving strength. Between May and July, we also worked in a calorie deficit to enhance definition — and the progress was visible every week.

What I appreciate most is the structure and consistency she brings. No quick fixes — just a smart, sustainable approach that actually works. I’ve never felt stronger, leaner, or more motivated.
